Kyle is a Product Manager at Microsoft, based in Seattle.

Nice to meet you! I’m Kyle. I am passionate about people, creating great user experiences, and turning hard problems into meaningful solutions. Before product management I held roles in product strategy and finance at Microsoft, and before that worked in private equity and venture capital. My experience spans from big (Microsoft, Goldman Sachs, Bosch) to smaller firms - in each space, I bring energy, creativity, a strong analytical background, and a knack for just rolling up sleeves and ‘getting it done’.

Microsoft - Sr. Product Manager

2023 – Current

I’m currently developing and executing product roadmap and strategy for products within the Modern Work productivity suite.

Microsoft - Strategy + Finance

2018 – 2022

For my Product Strategy stint, I led business model development and monetization efforts for a number of emerging product categories within the Modern Work portfolio. In Product Finance, I supported the Azure Serverless Compute (Azure Kubernetes, Container Instances) and Developer Services product organizations on new product launches, product roadmaps, and other strategic initiatives with senior leadership.

During school, I had internships in industrial engineering at Maverik (my favorite gas station chain growing up) and Bosch in Germany. I then pivoted to Finance, where I interned at Goldman Sachs before taking investing roles in real estate private equity and impact investing venture capital.

Internships

I’m currently building a social messaging application with my friends that helps you get better at reaching out your loved ones and remembering their birthdays, because we’re all pretty bad at that. I’ve also worked with the GroupMe product team on increasing adoption and engagement with Higher Education users.

Side Projects

Outside of work, I love the outdoors and finding new ways to get my body moving. I am striving to improve my surfing skills, which has been one of the most physically and mentally challenging undertakings I’ve taken on this year. I love buying too many cookbooks and moderately obsessing over optimal espresso extraction.

Etc.
